We prefer to meet with all our candidates face-to-face to ensure we understand them and the type of the roles they are looking for. Where geography doesn’t permit us to meet in person, we use technology to virtually meet. We pride ourselves on only putting candidates forward for roles that they are interested in and an excellent match for, so we don’t waste their time or that of our clients.
